These agile, high-impact teams operate on two-week cycles, delivering high-quality creative solutions that respond to dynamic business needs with efficiency and excellence. As an ACD, you'll set the bar for design standards, encourage and mentor a team of designers and copywriters, and cultivate a collaborative environment rooted in speed, quality, and adaptability. We are looking for equal parts creative specialist and production powerhouse - someone who thrives in a customer-first environment, tackles challenges with a solutions-oriented approach, and has a passion for building scalable systems that grow alongside the business!

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Base Salary Range
$110,500-$176,000 USD

What You'll Do:
- Lead the creative direction, execution, and delivery for all assets produced by your Quick Strike pod, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and brand standards.
- Encourage, mentor, and manage a team of designers and copywriters, providing actionable feedback and growth opportunities.
- Review and approve all creative output, ensuring quality, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Champion creative cohesion and uphold high creative standards across teams and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deeply understand business goals, channel nuances, and standard processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Jump into hands-on design work when needed-no task is too small.
- Partner with leadership to optimize workflows, tools, and processes for faster, better creative outcomes.
- Deliver outstanding service to internal partners and collaborators.
- Recommend and implement improvements to tools, processes, and workflows; drive innovation across design initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of polished, pixel-perfect assets across multiple workstreams.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional design experience in an in-house team or agency setting, e-commerce highly preferred.
- 2+ years in a creative leadership role with direct team management.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing high-quality digital creative work.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate high-performing creative teams.
- Deep understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
- Experience prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining high standards.
- Strong time management, organization, and self-direction.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Figma experience is highly preferred.
