What You’ll Do

Associate Consultants play an integral role within our project teams. Associate Consultants are responsible for conducting both the research and the analysis related to a project and are typically assigned to one or two project teams simultaneously. Even at the most junior level, you will have exposure to client facing opportunities. You can expect to learn, be challenged and be encouraged to grow and develop throughout your career. 

This role can be based out of Boston, MA or Troy, MI.


Key responsibilities:

  • Designing analyses using spreadsheets, database tools, statistical analysis and process mapping in order to meet project goals
  • Gathering research by conducting interviews, searching literature or the Internet and interpreting survey results
  • Authoring client presentations and other deliverables
  • Presenting findings to clients and to senior consulting staff

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Advanced skills within Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with analytical modeling, statistical analysis, optimization, and/or manipulation of large datasets
  • Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, or statistical packages is preferred
  • Strong organizational, multi‐tasking, and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel as travel is an integral part of this role

Please Note: We encourage all our staff to work from a Ducker Carlisle office as often as is feasible; our hybrid work schedule suggests that most local team members work in the office 3-4 days per week when they are not traveling to clients.
