THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Brand Manager Assistant to join us in growing Hooks & Needles, one of our creative brands built around crochet and knitting
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves staying organized, spotting the little details others miss, and making sure things actually get done. You’ll work across product development, customer feedback, marketing, and day-to-day brand projects, helping keep everything running smoothly and looking for ways to make things better.

Crochet or knitting knowledge is a big advantage here. Understanding the craft helps you get our products, understand our customers, and spot issues they might notice.

🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

🧶 Product Development

  • Help develop and improve products for Hooks & Needles.

  • Review patterns, instructions, and content for accuracy and quality.

  • Work with creators and internal teams to bring projects to life.

🔍 Customer Feedback

  • Review customer feedback and spot trends, issues, and opportunities.

  • Turn insights into ideas for improving products and the customer experience.

📈 Market Research

  • Keep up with crochet and knitting trends.

  • Research new ideas, products, and opportunities for the brand.

💬 Customer Support & Community

  • Help with product-related customer questions and feedback.

  • Keep an eye on our online communities and what customers are talking about.

📣 Marketing Support

  • Help execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.

  • Source creative content and support product storytelling.

🤖 AI & Smarter Ways of Working

  • Use AI tools to speed up research, analysis, and everyday tasks.

  • Look for ways technology can help us work faster and smarter.

  • Crochet or knitting knowledge - A strong advantage, especially when working with patterns and product content.

Experience in e-commerce, product development, or brand management is helpful, but we’re also interested in people who are smart, proactive, detail-focused, and eager to learn.

FIXED SERVICE FEE

Up to € 1000 euros after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

❕This role is 100% remote.

  • Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET - UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.

  • For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours - it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.
    (This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
