BNI utilizes a single posted salary range for positions that are subject to pay transparency requirements. Several jurisdictions require employers to disclose a "good faith" pay range in job postings, and requirements vary by state and locality.

Rather than maintain multiple posting ranges for the same role, BNI applies a single approved range that represents the compensation range the company, in good faith, may pay for the position.

This approach promotes compliance, consistency, pay equity, and administrative simplicity across jurisdictions.

Pay Transparency Range: $70,000 - 75,000 plus $25,000 incentive plan

Maintains an active field-based presence with approximately 60% travel within the assigned market. The role requires regular computer use, including repetitive hand and wrist motion, and the ability to view and analyze information on a screen for extended periods. May occasionally lift or move items up to ten pounds.
