Reporting to the Learning Services TrakCare Training Manager, the TrakCare Application Trainer role is to analyze TrakCare/IntelliCare training needs, design, develop and deliver training collateral for instructor-led classroom, virtual and asynchronous online courses.

Key Tasks:

  • Plan prepare and research TrakCare/IntelliCare training requirements.
  • Design, develop and maintain TrakCare/IntelliCare training materials for classroom delivery, eLearning modules and assessments.
  • Deliver training courses, in classroom and virtually as needed. Majority of the training courses are eLearning.
  • Perform training course evaluations and participant assessments.
  • Continually evaluate and update training courses to help improve delivery and content.

Essential Skills & Personal Attributes:

  • Healthcare background
  • Previous experience with HealthCare IT systems
  • Certified trainer and assessor or working towards
  • Excellent written creative and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Have a patient and friendly approach to teaching

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous TrakCare experience
  • Video production and editing skills

InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance.

Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

The estimated base compensation range for this role is:
$71,000$89,000 USD
