Join JPMorgan Chase as an Analytics Solutions Director, Executive Director (ED), where you will lead the design and implementation of analytics solutions. This high-visibility role partners with senior leaders to ensure high-quality, efficient, and insightful reporting and analysis programs are in place. As an Analytics Solutions Director - Executive Director (ED) at JPMorgan Chase within the Global Services Finance & Business Management (GS F&BM) organization, you will lead both strategy and execution of business analytics programs for Commercial Bank and Corporate Investment Bank. You will partner with senior leaders in Finance, Technology, Strategy, and Operations to ensure strong business performance.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage a high-volume and high-complexity reporting book of work with strong project management discipline.
  • Provide thought leadership and client management, offering strategic direction to drive business growth.
  • Develop and manage multiple analytics projects, facilitating discussions with senior leaders.
  • Establish a product design discipline to deliver scalable data products informed by analytics.
  • Extract insights from Client Onboarding systems and processes.
  • Evaluate upcoming AI-based tools for strategic adoption.
  • Provide strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage, develop, and retain talent, fostering an environment of open communication and fair performance assessment.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • 10 years of experience in the data analytics field.
  • Ability to serve as a strategic business partner and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong time management skills and experience with project management tools.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau) and big data.
  • Experience managing a team and developing talent.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 5 years of experience at a consulting firm.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services or retail banking industry.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
