The role is situated within the Finance Department, engaging with the AD Group Health and Sustainability, AD Group
BPP, and AD Group ESG Reporting. The incumbent will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who manage
ESG-related data within the brands and support services. This role is designed to demonstrate leadership qualities by
motivating peers, contributing to team development, and aligning efforts with shared goals. The successful candidate
will support change initiatives and assist in shaping team strategies, while actively engaging in personal and
professional growth. Additionally, the role involves exhibiting core partnership behaviors, fostering collaboration and
teamwork within the organization.
***Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at our Quincy location and 2 remote days.
Essential job functions:
- Prepare and present ESG presentations to Brand and HCP leadership for quarterly results
- Support the ESG regulatory external reporting process for all ESG KPIs through collaboration with H&S business Partners and Brand partners
- Support accounting manual updates through collaboration with Business Owners and AD Group H&S and reporting teams
- Help drive process efficiency in reporting and analysis of ESG results
- Clearly communicate changes to reporting standards to H/S and business owners and stakeholders
- Provide training and guidance on new/changing requirements across the stakeholder population and H&S teams
- Prepare ESG consultation papers on technical topics related to ESG reporting related to interpretation and application of new guidance issued from AD group and regulators with minimal manager oversight.
- Liaison for the SME's and the data governance team to ensure accurate data is provided for internal and external audits.
- Support pre- and post submission reviews to ensure accurate and complete periodic data is reported to AD Group
- Validation of all new KPI's in ESG space to ensure quality and accuracy and completeness of the reported amounts to ensure externally reported information is in compliance with standards
- Support system enhancements and upgrades
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience, inclusive of education and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with financial/data/ESG-related analysis and reporting preferred
- Experience in creating auditable controls and processes to create reasonable assurance is desired
