The Analyst, Strategic Sales & Analytics (SS&A) plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that fuel commercial excellence and market leadership. Reporting into the Manager, SS&A, this role partners closely with Sales, Category, Marketing, and Finance to identify opportunities, diagnose performance, and recommend actions that help SharkNinja win-faster and smarter than the competition.

Key Responsibilities
Performance & Business Analytics
- Analyze sales, market, customer, and item-level performance to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop recurring and ad hoc reporting that clearly communicates performance vs. targets, forecasts, and competitive benchmarks
- Support category, retailer, and item-level analyses to inform pricing, promotions, assortment, and distribution decisions
Strategic Insight Generation
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive winning strategies
- Identify whitespace and growth opportunities across categories, retailers, and items
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to support strategic initiatives and new launches
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with Sales, Category Management, and Marketing teams to support business planning and execution
- Support leadership with insight-driven storytelling for internal reviews and external customer meetings
- Act as a thought partner to the SS&A Manager, proactively surfacing opportunities to improve performance and decision-making
Tools, Data & Process Excellence
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and analytical models using internal and external data sources
- Continuously improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Champion best practices in analytics, data visualization, and insight communication

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics, sales analytics, strategy, or a related role (CPG experience preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large, complex datasets
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) strongly preferred
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
