- Lead Vendor Flow Path Optimization
- Lead analysis and optimization of vendor supply chain health for the largest and most complex categories.
- Drive implementation of flow path recommendations, ensuring measurable progress and adoption across stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor health scorecarding, net landed cost performance, and long-term channel strategy.
- Provide senior-level guidance on AdHoc vendor/item analyses for executive and cross-functional partners.
- New Business Flow Path Governance
- Serve as the lead authority on flow path decisions for new business, ensuring optimal cost, service, and sustainability outcomes.
- Develop and enforce governance standards that maximize cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to evaluate new business opportunities and model long-term supply chain impacts.
- Execution leadership
- Lead cross functional group through process to execute agreed upon Channel recommendations
- Organize and track progress of execution of tasks holding partners accountable to their role in the process to make Channel change
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Relationship Management
- Lead strategic partnerships with Category, In-Stock, Supply Chain POD teams, and other internal stakeholders.
- Represent Supply Chain as the senior voice in Category Review Cycles for the largest categories.
- Facilitate alignment on goals, priorities, and technical considerations across departments.
- Mentor and coach Channel Analysts III, supporting capability development and knowledge transfer.
- Supply Chain Subject Matter Expertise
- Act as a senior expert on supply chain trends, industry changes, and emerging channel strategies.
- Lead the development of alternate product channels and innovative supply chain solutions using advanced research and design methodologies.
- Support and guide major cross-functional projects, pilots, and transformation initiatives.

Knowledge
- Deep cross-functional project leadership experience.
