Through a deep understanding of customer data you will develop segmentation and provide insights to the team on what is working and where there are areas of opportunity. Through automation and dynamic dashboards, you'll empower business partners to make informed decisions with greater speed, providing a better experience to customers as we expand on our lottery offering.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,800.00 USD - 96,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What You'll Do
- Develop testing frameworks to evaluate promotional effectiveness within specific user segments and advise on future iterations.
- Perform deep-dive analyses and operationalize insights that stakeholders on the revenue operations team can utilize to drive engagement.
- Leverage data and industry knowledge to identify areas of opportunity and enhance the lottery product for our customers.
- Develop automated tools and dashboards that help your stakeholders understand the impact of our promotions and product.
- Create and propagate business intelligence reports, dashboards, presentations, and analyses.
- Support retention team through tactical development and implementation of customer attributes.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline; or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of business analytics experience, preferably with exposure to the technology, consulting, or e-commerce industries.
- Proficiency in SQL/Snowflake and Excel/Google Sheets, or an eagerness to learn quickly.
- Experience with Tableau, or similar data visualization tools like PowerBI, Looker, or Periscope Data.
- A demonstrated history of developing new insights from data.
