The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,800.00 USD - 96,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What you'll do as an Analyst II, Customer Segmentation
- Develop and enhance customer segmentation strategies that influence enterprise-wide decisions.
- Conduct in-depth analyses and partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into operational impact.
- Leverage internal data and industry trends to pinpoint opportunities and elevate our modeling capabilities.
- Build and maintain automated tools and Tableau dashboards to track the performance of products and promotions.
- Deliver digestible business intelligence through reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Enable other teams to activate model outputs across their workflows and campaigns.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in business analytics or data science.
- Practical experience with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau. Python/R experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and hypothesis testing methods.
- Curiosity to learn about a complex business and a desire to grow as an analyst.
