Job Description

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Works closely with personnel from the business unit to define operational tasks, schedule production activities, and resolve technical issues. Acts as the primary liaison between production teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Process Oversight and Execution

Oversees the implementation of standardized production control processes. Ensures compliance with established procedures while allowing flexibility for team members to adapt methods as needed. Provides guidance and support to resolve process deviations and drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership and Guidance

Supervises daily operations, assigns tasks, and monitors team performance. Offers coaching and technical support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output. Encourages a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.

Client and Contract Management
