Alliances Manager

In this role you will support the growth of our global partner ecosystem by enabling partners, coordinating joint go-to-market initiatives, and strengthening relationships with consulting and technology partners. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, while becoming an advocate for o9 within our alliance network.

What you’ll do for us 

  • Support the execution of alliance partnership strategies that contribute to company growth and market expansion

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key partner stakeholders—including delivery leads, industry leads, and sales teams

  • Assist in the development of joint business plans, GTM programs, and co-selling motions with partners

  • Enable partner teams by delivering product overviews, value messaging, and introductory training on the o9 platform

  • Partner with internal teams to identify and pursue new partner-driven opportunities in priority accounts and industries

  • Participate in proposal development and deal support including solution positioning and coordination of partner engagement

  • Track partnership activities, pipeline contribution, and program progress; ensure alignment with internal revenue and growth goals

  • Represent o9 at partner-focused meetings, events, and local conferences to build advocacy

  • Maintain a solid understanding of the o9 platform, industry landscape, and key value propositions

What you’ll have

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s preferred

  • 4-6 years of experience in Alliances, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Consulting within SaaS, Supply Chain, Operations, Cloud, or related domains

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and partner stakeholders

  • Knowledge of supply chain and/or enterprise SaaS value propositions preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
    Willingness to travel regionally to support partner engagements and events

This position at o9 Solutions has an annual salary range of $99,878-$137,333. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in our medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.**The above information reflects the expected base salary range, although the lower and upper bounds may vary based on location, skills, experience, certifications, licenses, or other relevant factors.
