As an Alliances & Channels Senior Manager, you will collaborate closely with the AMER SMB Sales Leadership to strengthen the partnership between Salesforce and its Partner Ecosystem. Acting as a trusted advisor to both sales managers and Partners, you will define a clear strategy for your sales territory and drive strong execution across all key metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation: Develop and implement demand generation plans with key Partners in your territory, collaborating with external agencies and internal marketing stakeholders as needed.
- Partner Engagement: Oversee all Partner engagement in opportunities, guide account teams on Partner selection, and secure necessary investments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cloud specialists, including the Agentforce team, to ensure they have access to highly skilled Ecosystem sellers and consultants.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure a high standard of quality in project delivery from your aligned set of Partners, with a focus on customer success.
- Leadership Development: Act as a mentor to new and more junior members of the team, and interface with senior sales leaders in quarterly business reviews
- Innovation: Continuously bring new ideas and challenge the status quo to drive innovation and process improvement.

Salesforce’s small business market segment is a fast-paced environment, offering numerous opportunities for growth and innovation. You will be part of the Global SMB Alliances & Channels Team, working alongside other Alliances & Channels Managers and sharing best practices across the region.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a Sales or Partner Management role
- Background in Technology or Consulting
- Experience working with small businesses (sub-500 employees)
- Experience with channel or distribution go-to-market frameworks
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, slides, and Salesforce technology

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $179,200 to $239,680.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
