The Opportunity
As an AI/Blockchain Architect Senior Manager, you will design and implement innovative technology solutions to meet clients' business needs within our Integration and Platform Architecture practice. You will focus on creating seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures that optimize technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills, professional network, and strategic vision to deliver impactful results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and recognizing when to take action or escalate issues. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures to enhance client business performance
- Analyzing business requirements and developing technical designs to deliver innovative technology solutions
- Leading large projects and applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure in ambiguous and challenging environments
- Developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams through open and honest coaching conversations
- Applying sound judgment to make difficult decisions and resolve issues hindering team effectiveness
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful, and engaging messages that tell a holistic story
- Utilizing skills in enterprise architecture and cloud strategy to optimize technology infrastructure
- Conducting feasibility studies and business process modeling to support strategic technology planning
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Engineering & Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Management of Technology
- Applies AI development skills and blockchain analysis knowledge to design solutions that use blockchain data for audit-related use cases
- Combines AI/ML capabilities with an understanding of blockchain data, analytics, and controls to support audit automation, insight generation, and evolving business needs
- Demonstrating advanced skills in architectural engineering and solution architecture
- Utilizing Microsoft Azure for cloud strategy and implementation
- Leading enterprise architecture initiatives and system integration projects
- Innovating processes through strategic technology planning and roadmap development
- Excelling in stakeholder management and strategic questioning
- Applying analytical thinking to drive business value analysis and competitive advantage
The salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
