At Netomi AI, we are on a mission to create artificial intelligence that builds customer love for the world’s largest global brands.

Some of the largest brands are already using Netomi AI’s platform to solve mission-critical problems. This would allow you to work with top-tier clients at the senior level and build your network.

Backed by the world’s leading investors such as Y-Combinator, Index Ventures, Jeffrey Katzenberg (co-founder of DreamWorks) and Greg Brockman (co-founder & President of OpenAI/ChatGPT), you will become a part of an elite group of visionaries who are defining the future of AI for customer experience. We are building a dynamic, fast growing team that values innovation, creativity, and hard work. You will have the chance to significantly impact the company’s success while developing your skills and career in AI.

Want to become a key part of the Generative AI revolution? We should talk.

We’re looking for a curious, technically-sharp, and creative Research & Sales Enablement Specialist to help accelerate our go-to-market efforts. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Go-to-market sales, product, and solutions teams to identify high-potential brands, uncover strategic insights, and create compelling outreach helping potential clients visualize how conversational AI can elevate their customer experience, drive engagement, and deliver measurable value. You will also design and build compelling proof-of concepts (POCs) for branded AI virtual assistants.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI-powered customer experience — helping brands imagine what’s possible through branded virtual assistants with visibility at the executive level of the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct research on target accounts to understand their customer experience strategy, digital presence, and pain points.
  • Analyze brand's current support experiences to identify gaps or opportunities where our AI assistant could deliver measurable value.
  • Craft persona-based outreach messaging (emails, LinkedIn copy) that sparks interest and drives engagement.
  • Design and build customized AI assistant POCs tailored to each prospective brand.
  • Build collateral (e.g., briefs, one-pagers, use case slides) that help our sales team pitch tailored AI solutions.
  • Work closely with our Solutions and Sales Engineering teams to align research and messaging with product capabilities.
  • Create and design conversational flows, presentations and other collateral.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in research, sales enablement, pre-sales, or sales development in a B2B environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working with conversational AI, chatbot development, or virtual assistants (optional).
  • Strong written communication skills — especially in crafting thoughtful, targeted messaging for senior decision-makers.
  • Analytical and resourceful — you know how to dig deep into a brand’s digital footprint and extract relevant insights.
  • Project Management Skills - attention to detail, thoroughness and basic technical skills.
  • Experience working with sales, marketing, or solution teams to support enterprise or mid-market deals.
  • Comfortable creating clean, visual materials (slides, briefs, etc.) that make a narrative compelling and easy to grasp.
  • A passion for technology and customer experience — bonus if you’ve worked with AI, chatbots, or SaaS tools.

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with conversational AI or virtual assistant technology.
  • Exposure to outbound or ABM-style sales campaigns.

Why Join Us?

  • You'll be part of a fast-moving team at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and brand experience. You’ll help shape how world-class companies explore, adopt, and scale conversational AI — and you’ll have a direct impact on pipeline and product adoption.
