The Impact of Associate Consultant, Managed Service to Coupa:

As an Associate Consultant in Managed Services, you are pivotal in ensuring customer and supplier success by delivering prompt, high-quality support and guidance. You resolve technical issues, manage service inquiries, and contribute to knowledge resources, directly influencing user satisfaction and platform adoption. Your role supports operational excellence, strengthens cross-functional collaboration, and enhances the overall customer experience with Coupa.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute configuration updates, user/security changes, and other configuration changes within the scope of the service model.
  • Monitor queues, investigate issues and resolve in a professional collaborative manner and Deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Document and track changes, effectively communicating to customers before, during and after a requested change and Help improve the delivery and scalable model of the team.
  • Collaborate with team members across the Managed Service organization to ensure quality delivery of service.
  • Escalate complex items to Manager with proposed solutions and Take ownership of your assigned customers/tasks.
  • Ability to track time, document actions and provide alternative solutions to customer requests.
  • Ability to work within any of the following managed service organizations:
  • Diversity, Content/Catalog Management, Administration, Analytics, Category & Sourcing Strategy

What you will bring to Coupa:

  • 2-4 years Coupa (or similar) administration or support.
  • Platform knowledge or comparable ERP/P2P suite.
  • Solid grasp of P2P processes and basic reporting.
  • Clear communicator.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback well.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with remote teamwork.
