Key Responsibilities
  • Build AI growth workflows using AirOps for strategic enterprise customers while establishing scalable best practices and templates that can be leveraged across the team

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach a team of AI Solutions Architects, evolving our services delivery playbook and resourcing model

  • Own customer success metrics and expansion revenue targets across your team's accounts; analyze trends and report insights to the Executive team

  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to influence roadmap and build strategic workflows aligned to customer needs and market opportunities

  • Drive executive relationships with key accounts through QBRs, architectural reviews, and strategic planning on complex implementations

Experience
  • 4+ years experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Product, or similar technical leadership role at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup; we 💚 former (or future aspiring) founders

  • Deep experience with LLMs and AI techniques, including prompt engineering and production deployments, plus expert-level workflow automation (Zapier, etc.)

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and excellent project management skills using tools like Linear, Airtable, and Asana

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive customers
