Drive company-wide adoption of AI tools and workflows: design and deliver training, provide hands-on support, monitor adoption, build documentation and playbooks, pilot AI-assisted features with product teams, and present impact findings to stakeholders.
Simulmedia is the platform for outcomes-based TV advertising, spanning traditional TV and streaming TV. We're moving the entire company toward more AI-native ways of working, in how we build our product and in how every team does its job, and we need someone who can help lead that shift.
We're looking for an entry-level AI Product Specialist to join our Product organization. This role is about people and adoption first. You'll help teams across the whole company, not just Product and Engineering, understand and use AI effectively, whether that's a new AI-powered capability in the platform or a new way of working within a team's day-to-day process. You'll need genuine comfort with AI tools and how they get built, but what makes this role work is the ability to teach, translate, and drive change with people who aren't technical.

Responsibilities
Adoption and enablement (primary focus)
- Lead the rollout of new AI tools and workflows to teams across the company
- Design and deliver training sessions tailored to every function, from engineers to sales to finance to operations
- Act as the go-to resource for teams adopting new AI capabilities or processes, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting
- Monitor adoption across the organization and report on what's landing, what's stalling, and why
- Build documentation, playbooks, and best practices that make adoption repeatable rather than one-off
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership, including quantifying business impact
- Serve as an internal advocate and translator, connecting what's technically possible with what teams actually need
Product involvement
- Support product and engineering teams in identifying where AI can improve either the product itself or how it gets built
- Help pilot new AI-assisted tools or workflows on real projects, gathering feedback from the people using them
- Stay current on AI developments relevant to both the product and the broader company, and flag opportunities to the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field; Business, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields are all relevant
- 0-2 years of professional experience (internships, campus leadership, personal projects, and coursework all count)
- Has built something real with AI tools, ideally a web app, dashboard, or working prototype, whether through coursework, a personal project, or a hackathon
- Comfort working with data and numbers: pulling data together, manipulating it, drawing conclusions from it
- Python or other coding experience is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with genuine comfort presenting to and training people at every level, from individual contributors to executives
- A track record of organizing people or projects: leading a group, running an event, managing a team effort, teaching or tutoring others
- Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter mentality, able to figure things out without heavy direction
- Strong writing skills for documentation and training materials
- Empathy for how people actually work day to day, and patience for helping them change habits
This role offers a rare opportunity for someone this early in their career: the chance to shape how an entire company adopts AI, working closely with Product leadership while building real skills in change management, training, and cross-functional influence. If you're energized by helping people learn new things and want a front-row seat to how a company transforms, this is that role.
We're required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances of each case, but a reasonable estimate of the current base range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. Note that this range is specific to national metro areas and that offers take into account a wide variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skill, qualifications, accomplishments, experience, credentials, and business needs. Simulmedia offers competitive pay relative to its peers plus a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive employee benefits. To learn more, visit our Careers Website.
