Description

We’re looking for an energetic, creative and focused Video Content Producer who is passionate about storytelling and isn’t afraid to test, experiment and innovate. This person is comfortable in front of the camera and behind it—crafting compelling videos, hosting short-form content, and connecting with audiences across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Reddit.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how we show up on video, driving engagement and brand awareness through high-quality editorial video content. You’ll collaborate with our content, design and editorial teams to produce timely, informative and fun content that helps people make smarter decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and host short-form and long-form video content that performs well on social platforms
  • Test video content formats across YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Reddit and more
  • Write scripts, edit footage, and ensure a clear editorial voice and narrative
  • Stay ahead of video trends, social platform best practices and emerging formats
  • Collaborate with editorial, SEO and PR teams to amplify campaigns and stories
  • Review performance metrics and adjust creative strategies accordingly
Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong on-camera presence and a natural ability to engage an audience
  • Hands-on experience creating video content for digital platforms, especially YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Reddit
  • Sharp editorial instincts with the ability to craft stories quickly and clearly
  • Video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools)
  • Comfortable testing, iterating and learning from performance data
  • Curious, proactive and excited to try new formats and strategies

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with livestreams or hosting Q&A-style video segments
  • Background in journalism, marketing, or digital media
