Drive growth for Cyvl's AI platform by activating 1,000 towns, executing 30+ growth experiments quarterly, and optimizing marketing funnels. Utilize AI and creative strategies to engage municipalities and boost product adoption.
TL;DR
Cyvl is the VC-backed rocket ship reinventing how every city in America builds & fixes roads, sidewalks, and everything underneath. We just flipped our model to a freemium, year-round “AI agent” platform and we need an execution-obsessed growth killer to jam 1,000 towns and cities into our funnel in the next six months.
If you live for rapid-fire experiments, know how to bend AI tools to your will, and salivate at turning dry municipal buzzwords into viral gold… slide in.
The Mission (Hyper-Specific)
- 250 new towns/cities activated in 90 days, 1,000 in 180 days.
- Ship 30+ growth experiments/quarter across email, paid, product-led loops & citizen virality; kill the losers fast, scale the winners faster.
- Stand up a scrappy $10k/mo test budget, scale to $30k/mo when the CAC math sings.
- Drop at least 3 spark-plug PR/viral moments per quarter (local news hits, council-meeting shout-outs, TikTok clips >100 k views).
- Enable our SDR pod with AI-powered outbound sequences that deliver 10 demo-ready decision-makers/week.
- Own the funnel dashboard: sign-ups → product activation → paid upgrade; surface CAC, payback, and viral coefficient you’re proud of.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Full-stack growth: landing pages, paid social, email drips, in-product nudges, referral loops—whatever moves the needle.
- AI everywhere: Spin up GPT/Claude/Gemini + tools like Clay, HubSpot AI, Perplexity, Recraft, etc. to personalize at industrial scale.
- Go B2G & B2C2G: Make town engineers click “Sign Up,” then hand local citizens ammo to pressure councils into upgrading.
- Content + stunts: Film field trips to pothole war zones, drop spicy LinkedIn threads, meme-ify road data for Twitter, pitch local TV—whatever cooks.
- Budget owner & solo operator: You run the P/L, outsource creative or paid buying when needed, coach SDRs on copy & cadences.
- Report to VP Sales/BD; work elbow-to-elbow with the CEO on GTM pivots, messaging, and big swings.
You (Must-Haves)
- 3–6 yrs in growth/demand gen, product-led growth, or scrappy SaaS marketing (bonus if B2G).
- Receipts: campaigns that cracked ≥50k sign-ups or TikToks/Reels that hit 100k+ views—share links & numbers.
- Fluent in growth stack + AI: HubSpot, GA4, SQL/Sheets, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Zapier, Clay, CapCut, etc.
- Analytical killer instinct: AB test, cohort slice, funnel math, CAC/LTV storytelling.
- On-camera / IRL energy: happy to fly, shoot street interviews, host webinars, and rile up city councils.
- Boston-based (or ready to relocate) + travel ~1–2×/month for trade shows or on-site viral shoots.
- Ready to ruffle feathers—but smart enough to keep doors open with public officials.
Comp & Perks
- $95k–$125k base salary + equity.
- Up to $60k performance kicker tied to sign-up & upgrade milestones.
- Fully paid travel to field shoots & conferences.
- Health, dental, 401k, unlimited PTO (we’re adults).
- Ground-floor seat on a 25-person rocket poised to own a $600B infrastructure market.
