Our AI Ecosystem team works across product, partner, and field organizations to help customers realize the full value of open source AI solutions. This summer, we’re looking for a motivated AI Ecosystem Intern to join our Boston-based team and help shape how Red Hat and our partners bring AI to market.

In this role, you will explore real-world AI opportunities by engaging directly with Red Hat partners and customer-facing teams. What you will do

  • Analyze and synthesize findings to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps in AI adoption

  • Map customer needs to Red Hat’s AI platform, open source technologies, and partner ecosystem capabilities

  • Recommend possible partner engagement strategies and motions that complement existing GTM efforts

  • Prepare and present a final report with recommendations to AI Ecosystem leadership

What you will bring

  • Excellent communication skills, especially in conducting interviews and presenting insights

  • Self-starter mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative approach

  • Familiarity with open source software and Red Hat solutions is a plus

What you will gain

  • Firsthand exposure to enterprise AI use cases and the open source AI landscape

  • Experience working at the intersection of technology, partners, and business strategy

  • Mentorship from Red Hat AI, partner, and GTM leaders

  • Opportunity to make strategic recommendations with real business impact
