We are seeking a AI & Data Solutions Architect & Engagement Lead to shape and lead enterprise Data, AI, and digital transformation initiatives. This is a senior client-facing role combining solution architecture, consulting, pursuit leadership, and account growth, with a strong focus on Insurance and Financial Services.

The role will work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to understand business challenges, define the right technology strategy, architect scalable solutions, and translate them into compelling business outcomes. 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solutioning and client pursuits, from opportunity discovery and RFP/RFI responses through solution design, executive presentations, and commercial closure.

  • Own the solution architecture and technology vision for complex Data & AI transformation programs, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, practical, and aligned with enterprise architecture.

  • Design high-level architectures across data platforms, cloud modernization, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI, translating business requirements into actionable technology roadmaps.

  • Define how data, AI models, applications, and enterprise platforms integrate to support business use cases and transformation objectives.

  • Partner with engineering, data, AI/ML, cloud, and delivery teams to ensure proposed architectures are feasible, reusable, and production ready.

  • Provide architectural direction on technology choices, integration patterns, platform capabilities, and modernization approaches without being limited to hands-on development.

  • Lead client workshops and executive discussions to identify business opportunities and demonstrate how Data & AI capabilities can drive measurable value.

  • Identify and drive new opportunities, account expansion, and transformation roadmaps within existing client relationships.

  • Ensure successful transition from pursuit and solutioning into delivery, maintaining architectural integrity and client alignment.

  • Mentor architects and solutioning teams and contribute to solution accelerators, thought leadership, industry POVs, and go-to-market initiatives.

     

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technology Consulting, Data & AI, or Digital Transformation, including 5+ years in senior client-facing consulting, architecture, or engagement leadership.

  • Proven experience designing and leading enterprise-scale Data & AI solutions and complex transformation programs.

  • Strong understanding of cloud data platforms, data modernization, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI.

  • Experience leading large and complex solution pursuits ($5M+ TCV) and working closely with sales and commercial teams.

  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into enterprise architecture, solution roadmaps, and compelling business cases.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders across business, architecture, engineering, and delivery teams.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

 

Preferred

  • Strong Insurance or Financial Services domain experience.

  • Experience with legacy-to-cloud data modernization and enterprise transformation programs.

  • Experience defining enterprise GenAI/Agentic AI strategies and use cases.

  • Exposure to major cloud and data platforms such as AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
