The Automation Specialist will design and maintain AI-driven workflows using n8n and ElevenLabs, implement voice synthesis, integrate APIs, and optimize automation processes.
We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain sophisticated AI-driven workflows. Our ideal candidate is an n8n power user who understands how to bridge the gap between complex data processing and cutting-edge generative AI, specifically focusing on voice synthesis and conversational AI.
In this role, you will be responsible for turning manual bottlenecks into seamless, automated experiences that leverage the latest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and audio technology.
Core Responsibilities- Workflow Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automations using n8n (Self-hosted or Cloud).
- AI Voice Integration: Implement and optimize high-fidelity voice synthesis using ElevenLabs for automated content creation, phone agents, or personalized messaging.
- API Management: Connect diverse platforms (CRMs, databases, and social media) via REST APIs, webhooks, and custom HTTP requests within n8n.
- LLM Orchestration: Integrate OpenAI (GPT-4), Anthropic (Claude), or local models into workflows to handle data extraction, summarization, and content generation.
- Audio Engineering: Fine-tune ElevenLabs settings (stability, clarity, and style exaggeration) to ensure professional-grade audio output.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Maintain system health, troubleshoot failed executions, and optimize execution costs/token usage.
- n8n Mastery: Deep experience with nodes, expressions, and JavaScript snippets within n8n to handle complex data transformations.
- ElevenLabs Expert: Proven experience with ElevenLabs API, including Voice Cloning (Instant/Professional), Speech-to-Speech, and Projects API.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js for custom function nodes.
- Data Structures: Expert knowledge of JSON, Regex, and handling nested data arrays.
- AI Stack: Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and LangChain concepts is a significant plus.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in No-Code/Low-Code automation or Backend Development.
- Problem Solver: You don't just follow instructions; you identify inefficiencies and propose automated solutions.
- Detail Oriented: You understand that in automation, a single missing comma or a poorly tuned voice parameter can break the user experience.
- Portfolio: Ability to demonstrate previous workflows or automated projects you’ve built.
- Automation: n8n
- AI/Voice: ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Whisper (STT)
- Storage: PostgreSQL, Airtable, or Supabase
- Communication: Slack/Discord Webhooks
