Agency Associate Mid-Market Account Executive

 

Reporting into the Sales Manager for the Agency Team, the Agency Associate Mid-Market Account Executive will prioritize upselling and growing ACV within the Agency renewal base. This person will work closely with the Agency team to manage lead generation, qualification and full sales cycle activities. This role aims to grow ACV through selling the Agency Platform to Agency customers of both Monotype and Extensis. The ideal candidate thrives in fast paced environments, is able to work efficiently and has strong organizational and closing skills.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Research targeted account to identify decision makers, understand need and buying cycles, and enable effective sales follow-up.
  • Cold-call prospects to arrange meetings
  • Qualify opportunities and deliver sales demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders
  • Incorporate MEDDICC sales methodologies to deliver a successful sales process and close opportunities
  • Assist and create quotes to potential clients and negotiate with Stakeholder to close
  • Plan, direct and coordinate sales support activities, including management of the sales pipeline through Monotype’s sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft) to accurately track all relative customer data, business insights, and record of interactions.
  • Maintain and organize database reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to deliver to necessary team members.

  • Ability to engage customers and build strong relationships.
  • Strong data analytics ability with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work individually and within a team.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software (Salesforce), desirable.
  • Ability to embrace change and learn quickly.
