Manage and scale the global affiliate program, recruit and onboard partners, optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and develop co-marketing materials.
We’re looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale our global affiliate program. You’ll lead recruitment, enablement, and performance optimization for a growing network of affiliate partners—including creators, bloggers, publishers, and affiliate networks.
This is a hands-on, growth-focused role within our Partner Marketing team, ideal for someone who understands the mechanics of performance marketing and is passionate about building authentic relationships that drive business results.
What your day could consist of:
- Own day-to-day management of the affiliate program
- Recruit, onboard, and activate high-potential affiliate partners
- Launch and optimize affiliate campaigns to drive net-new customer acquisition
- Develop personalized outreach and content strategies for different affiliate segments (e.g. content creators, influencers, bloggers)
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize partner ROI, and influence budget decisions
- Build and maintain ongoing communications including newsletters, updates, and promotions
- Collaborate with the content team, product marketing, creative, and lifecycle teams to develop co-marketing materials and affiliate toolkits
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and partner payouts in collaboration with Finance and RevOps
- Contribute to quarterly goal setting and report on KPIs (traffic, sign-ups, conversions, partner growth)
What is needed:
- 5-7 years of experience in affiliate, influencer, performance marketing, or partner management
- Proven success managing or scaling a B2B or SaaS affiliate program
- Hands-on experience with platforms like PartnerStack, Impact, or ShareASale
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills—comfortable working cross-functionally and externally
- Creative thinking and a bias for testing, iterating, and optimizing
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, or small business tools is a plus
