About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Affiliate Account Specialist to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone right out of college who is eager to learn, hungry to succeed, and excited to launch their career in growth marketing and partnerships.
You’ll work closely with our affiliate and D2C partnership team to onboard new affiliates, manage inbound interest, and proactively prospect for high-potential partners. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves setting and achieving goals, and wants to grow quickly into a high-impact contributor.

Day to Day:
  • Manage and onboard new affiliate partners, ensuring a seamless launch experience.
  • Prospect 400+ targeted leads each month via LinkedIn, email, and outreach.
  • Handle inbound leads, turning them into active, high-performing partners.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance to drive sign-ups and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on strategic initiatives in data removal, identity theft protection, and other high-growth verticals.
  • Contribute to building a scalable, repeatable program that expands our affiliate and partnership ecosystem.
What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Goal-oriented mindset — driven to hit targets and exceed expectations.
  • Competitive spirit — experience in athletics or other competitive environments is a strong plus.
  • Eagerness to grow — self-starter with curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Aura offers a generous package to support our employees’ personal and professional lives. Our packages include competitive pay, health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and more! Pay for this range for this position $40,000 - $55,000, plus commission. Compensation may vary depending upon job related knowledge, skills, experience, location, and meeting sales metrics while in the role.
