Job description overview The AEM Digital Content Manager is responsible for managing digital content creation utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) across websites and other channels to drive effective digital communications. As a member of Aetna Marketing Technology, you’ll be part of a Medicare website scrum team that brings to life digital content and experiences, ensuring quality, consistency, compliance, and efficiency at every step of the delivery process. This role also provides an exciting opportunity to learn how content plays a critical role across broader digital marketing channels and brings awareness to our marketing portfolio.
Position Summary

Creates and manages content in the AEM Sites/DAM platform, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.

Assists in operations for the CMS/DAM, ensuring proper taxonomy, tagging, and linking of assets.

Works closely with product, creative, and development teams to ensure content is aligned with overall strategies and objectives.

Updates content in accordance with search engine optimization requirements.

Adheres to content governance policies and guidelines by ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand and style standards.

Manages multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities, and meets deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail.

Stays informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Assists in training of colleagues to apply leading-edge digital content techniques and processes.
Skills and Knowledge Required

3+ years’ work experience in Content Authoring (AEM experience strongly preferred)

Experience working in Agile Methodology

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$72,360.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
