Responsibilities

The Advisor Integration Manager plays a key role in guiding new advisors through their first three to six months at GTC. This position supports technical onboarding of each advisor, and ensures smooth and successful integration into GTC, by training advisors on GTC’s systems, resources, and offerings and directing them to the appropriate SME or modules for additional training when required. The goal is to help each new advisor start booking travel quickly and build a strong foundation for long-term success. The integration manager will act as a bridge between onboarding and the ASO: providing some basic training before or during onboarding but primarily working to train and guide the advisor once onboarding is complete. The integration manager will also work closely with the new advisor’s ASM, to ensure the advisor and ASM build a strong relationship by following a consistent process and to ensure strong engagement on the part of the ASM. After six months, or sooner depending on the advisor and their needs, the integration manager will fully hand over all responsibilities to the ASM. The timing of and decision to hand over full responsibility to the ASM will be at the sole discretion of the Integration Manager, ASM, and Director of Sales Operations.

  • Deliver a structured training program post-onboarding, tailored to each advisor’s needs. Ensure each advisor understand GTC’s systems, resources and offerings and can start booking travel as quickly as possible.
  • Educate advisors on navigating GTC’s support desks and communicating effectively with each team.
  • Check in with new advisors at least once per week for their first six months (or shorter if appropriate) to deliver additional training or troubleshoot any issues.
  • Meet regularly with ASM through advisor’s first months to ensure ASM is completing all their actions required to support their new advisor’s first few months. Work with ASMs to create custom training or support for new advisors as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal departments for deeper learning or issue resolution.
  • Stay informed on internal updates and communicate changes that may impact advisors.
  • Proactively create processes, tools, and collateral to improve efficiency and enhance the day-to-day experience for advisors, ASM and internal teams over a new advisor’s first 6 months.
