Manages and grows relationships with Travel Leaders Network member agencies across a multi-state territory. Develops supplier sales and product utilization plans, visits agencies and events, presents member benefits, identifies growth opportunities, tracks territory performance, coordinates internal support, and reports activities in Salesforce. The role requires at least five years of sales or marketing experience or a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, account retention experience, and travel up to 35%.

Leads the Global Account Management team, coaching managers and driving client retention, revenue growth, account optimization, and satisfaction across enterprise and key accounts. Develops strategic client relationships, oversees account plans, identifies cross-selling opportunities, supports negotiations, tracks performance through scorecards and dashboards, and collaborates with Operations, Finance, Sourcing, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to improve client outcomes.

Manage complex destination and tourism board partner accounts from planning through renewal. Coordinate campaigns across marketing, creative, events, analytics, and other teams; oversee budgets, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and performance recaps. Build partner relationships, identify growth and retention opportunities, resolve execution risks, maintain account documentation, and support team-wide processes and initiatives.

Leads a pooled team of Inside Account Managers serving lower-touch B2B clients. Responsibilities include coaching, monitoring workflow and service-level adherence, managing KPIs and customer satisfaction, supporting account activity, improving automation and processes, escalating account risks and opportunities, partnering with Sales and Commercial Operations, and contributing to hiring, onboarding, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Leads digital growth analytics and website optimization, including performance monitoring, data analysis, attribution, A/B testing, UX/UI guidance, SEO/AEO/GEO, content optimization, paid search, and Google Ads. Translates complex data into actionable insights, troubleshoots digital performance issues, supports AI and personalization initiatives, and trains travel advisors on digital marketing and analytics trends.

Leads and mentors the AgentMate application development team while remaining hands-on with C#/.NET development. Owns engineering execution, application security, PCI compliance, reliability, quality, observability, technical debt, and production support. Partners with Product, Delivery, Infrastructure, Security, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable applications. Responsibilities include architecture and coding, threat modeling, vulnerability remediation, CI/CD improvements, incident resolution, technical planning, documentation, hiring, and team development.

Leads the architecture, implementation, and evolution of enterprise data platforms, including Master Data Management, data lakes, lakehouses, and cloud data services. Manages data engineers and developers, establishes engineering standards, oversees Azure-based integrations and pipelines, and owns data applications, databases, security, governance, and production support. The role also directs technical strategy, manages multiple initiatives, and communicates architecture and delivery plans to stakeholders.

Arrange domestic and international air and hotel travel for high-profile entertainment clients in a fast-paced environment. Manage reservations, exchanges, refunds, travel documents, seat assignments, upgrades, and client preferences. Respond urgently to inquiries, resolve travel issues, review bookings for accuracy, and apply airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements. Provide exceptional service to film, television, and music industry travelers, including potential after-hours on-call support.
