Manages cruise host training, onboarding, education programs, workshops, communications, and operational support for more than 600 hosts. Develops curriculum and e-learning materials, maintains host records and assignments in Salesforce, supports interviewing and expense approvals, coordinates marketing plans, updates procedures, and assists with mass host assignments. Provides agency training and collaborates with leadership and cruise line partners. The role is fully remote with occasional in-person collaboration preferred in the Alexandria, Virginia region.

Provides consultative corporate and government travel services, including accurate domestic and international air, car, and hotel reservations. Uses Travelport+/Galileo GDS to secure competitive rates while following corporate policies and federal requirements such as the Fly America Act. Manages inbound requests, multiple accounts, customer service quality, productivity goals, and complex travel situations.

Leads the strategy, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Global Travel Collection’s corporate travel technology portfolio. Manages data engineers and developers, establishes engineering standards, oversees Azure-based integrations and pipelines, and owns data applications, databases, security, governance, and production support. The role also directs technical strategy, manages multiple initiatives, and communicates architecture and delivery plans to stakeholders.

Arrange domestic and international air and hotel travel for high-profile entertainment clients in a fast-paced environment. Manage reservations, exchanges, refunds, travel documents, seat assignments, upgrades, and client preferences. Respond urgently to inquiries, resolve travel issues, review bookings for accuracy, and apply airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements. Provide exceptional service to film, television, and music industry travelers, including potential after-hours on-call support.
