Responsibilities

Serve as a key liaison between Internova and its preferred Destination and Global Tourism Board Partners, managing a diverse portfolio of mid-tier through top-tier, complex accounts. The Account Manager is responsible for end-to-end partner management, campaign execution, relationship development, and coordination across Internova business units to ensure successful delivery of partner commitments and long-term partnership value. In addition to assigned accounts, the Account Manager will support designated team-wide functions and cross-functional areas, helping facilitate communication, maintain processes and resources, and promote consistency and collaboration across the Destinations team and Internova business units.


Account & Partner Management

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-tier through top-tier destination partners, including complex, multi-faceted partnerships spanning multiple Internova business units.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day partner contact, building strong relationships and maintaining a high level of partner service and engagement.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of assigned partner agreements, from annual planning and activation through execution, reporting, renewal, and ongoing account development.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of partner objectives, contracted commitments, budgets, timelines, and performance expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and support account retention, renewals, and appropriate growth in collaboration with Destination team leadership.

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Translate contracted partner plans into clear, actionable campaign timelines and oversee successful execution across B2B, B2C, events, publications, education, and other applicable channels.
  • Coordinate multiple partner campaigns and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contracted commitments.
  • Partner with Creative, Marketing, Events, Analytics, and other internal teams to move campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Review campaign assets and deliverables for accuracy, partner alignment, brand standards, and contractual requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Support

  • Collaborate across Internova business units and functional teams to support the successful execution of Destination Partner programs and initiatives.
  • Support assigned cross-functional or team-wide areas of responsibility, helping facilitate communication, coordination, and consistent processes across the Destinations team.
  • Maintain and share relevant updates, resources, tools, and process information related to assigned functional areas.
  • Partner with fellow Account Managers to ensure information and best practices are communicated consistently across the team.
  • Contribute to team-wide initiatives, events, process improvements, and special projects as assigned.
Partner Reporting, Budget & Performance Management
  • Manage assigned partner budgets and ensure activities remain within contracted revenue and expense parameters.
  • Maintain accurate account records, campaign documentation, timelines, and partner activity.
  • Coordinate collection and analysis of campaign performance data, KPIs, and proof of performance.
  • Develop comprehensive partner recaps that demonstrate campaign delivery, results, and overall partnership value.
  • Use performance insights to inform partner conversations, renewals, and future account recommendations.
  • Proactively identify execution risks, resolve issues, and communicate changes or recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, tourism, business administration, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of account management, partnership marketing, or related experience; travel, tourism, hospitality, tourism board, tour operator, consortia, or destination experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex client or partner relationships, multiple concurrent campaigns, and significant program budgets.
  • Strong relationship-management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver against deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business tools, including document preparation, presentations, data analysis, spreadsheet management, and project-management platforms such as Smartsheet and other required technology tools
  • Ability to travel for partner meetings, industry events, and Internova programs as required.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas.  Many factors, such as years of experience, geographical location, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.  The salary range posted represents the pay range for U.S. candidates.  If the job posting indicates that the role is available for international candidate consideration, the salary range will be based on the local market for the country where the candidate would be working.

                           

This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
