Adoptions Manager
The Adoptions Manager is the Adoptions Team expert on Curriculum Associate’s ELA/SLA materials, supports state ELA/SLA adoptions, and will be cross trained so they can also support math and science adoptions. The Adoptions Manager collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful adoption outcomes and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of adoption-related content, as well as supporting bid submissions.
The impact you'll have:
Complete all product-specific adoptions forms (e.g., brief forms, evaluation briefs, rubrics) and engage additional SMEs as needed
Support the development and maintenance of state and public reviewer websites, including ownership of Workfront requests and site content
Write district presentation rubric responses
Create and maintain i-Knowledge state adoption pages, ensuring content is current throughout the adoption lifecycle
Produce state review navigation videos and guides
Provide input and consultation on adoption communications, collateral, and campaigns led by regional marketing
Support adoption debriefs to analyze performance and outcomes
Support all bid submissions
Other relevant duties, as assigned
Who we're looking for:
Ability to execute detailed project plans
Ability to develop deep product and market knowledge
Demonstrated effectiveness working cross-functionally and collaborating with a broad spectrum of stakeholders
Extraordinary organizational, verbal, and written communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
Required Education and Experience:
BA/BS or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in a K-12 publishing environment, familiarity with the reading classroom or ELA market preferred but not required
2+ years of experience in K-12 education
Travel: Less than once per quarter
Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $69,250-$118,250
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
