Seeking a technical leader specializing in Adobe Experience Manager and Edge Delivery Services to spearhead digital transformation initiatives for a global clientele. Serving as the lead technical authority, you will oversee the transition of legacy environments toward AEMaaCS and modern EDS frameworks. This hands-on architectural capacity requires a sophisticated integration of CMS proficiency with NextJS/TypeScript and AI-enabled engineering practices. You will be responsible for the architectural integrity of migration efforts, driving pre-sales engagements, and fostering a culture of engineering excellence through mentorship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Spearhead comprehensive architectural transformations from legacy environments to AEMaaCS and Edge Delivery Services. Perform rigorous ecosystem audits, establish strategic roadmaps, and navigate intricate integration complexities
  • Architect elite, scalable digital platforms ensuring fluid interoperability between the Adobe suite and enterprise third-party systems, including CRM and advanced analytics
  • Maintain a hands-on presence in delivering sophisticated codebases across Java and modern TypeScript/NextJS stacks. Drive uncompromising testing methodologies to guarantee stable, zero-regression deployments
  • Champion the integration of agentic workflows and AI engineering platforms such as Claude or V0 to optimize software delivery cycles and automate technical documentation
  • Lead technical solutioning for global pitches, providing expert resource modeling and scope definition. Act as the primary technical authority for executive-level stakeholder engagements
  • Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture focused on AI-native practices and state-of-the-art architectural patterns within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 8 to 10 years of engineering experience
  • Adobe AEM architect and other related certifications
  • Extensive engineering background spanning over eight years, with a concentrated technical authority in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites/Assets) and Edge Delivery Services. We require a dedicated specialist, not a generalist, to lead these complex environments
  • Demonstrated success in orchestrating complex migrations from legacy CMS infrastructures toward modern AEMaaCS and EDS frameworks
  • Maintain a hands-on presence across the full technical stack, delivering elite code in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NextJS. Capability to navigate from high-level architecture to resolving critical production bottlenecks is essential
  • Champion the use of AI engineering platforms such as Claude, Cursor, or V0 within daily software delivery cycles. Proven ability to automate workflows and optimize delivery through agentic tools
  • Expertly navigate architectural trade-offs, leading technical discourse on GraphQL mesh layers, cloud-native deployments, and the evolution of headless versus hybrid patterns
  • Sophisticated commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical complexities into clear value propositions for executive-level stakeholders during pre-sales and discovery phases
  • Proven experience fostering excellence across distributed global teams and managing senior engagements within enterprise environments
  • Experience with solutioning & pre-sales engagements
  • Experience with executive stakeholder management
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience
  • Experience working with global enterprise clients across US/EU/APAC
  • Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in AI-assisted software development and its practical application
  • Leverage AI engineering tools such as Claude or Cursor to accelerate software delivery, architectural design, debugging, code reviews, and testing
  • Architect sophisticated agentic workflows, sub-agents, and automated orchestration layers to optimize technical operations
  • Establish best practices for Agentic Engineering within daily development cycles, fostering a high-performance, AI-enhanced engineering culture
  • Drive the evaluation and adoption of emerging AI technologies to maintain organizational leadership in innovative engineering practices
  • Mentor engineering teams on AI-native development approaches, instilling a commitment to continuous learning and state-of-the-art automation
NICE TO HAVE
  • Multiple Experience Cloud Architect or Business Practitioner Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certifications
  • Most of the Required Experience performed as a direct customer of Adobe or as a resource of a consulting firm deploying Adobe services.
  • History of delivering digital results in both Technical and Sales/Marketing roles

  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
