Job Details:

Job Objective: The Administrative Services Lead Analyst plays a critical role in advancing operational effectiveness across the PipelineRx organization. This position is responsible for leading and contributing to complex administrative and operational projects, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies, streamlining processes, and implementing scalable solutions. Leveraging deep expertise in administrative services, the Lead Analyst works independently to evaluate current practices, develop data-informed recommendations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure administrative operations align with strategic priorities and support organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute complex administrative projects and initiatives that support PipelineRx leadership and organizational goals.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, anticipating needs and proactively managing logistics, communications, and operational workflows.

  • Develop and implement models, procedures, and tools to improve administrative efficiency and service delivery.

  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.

  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities reporting needs and stakeholder communications.

  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external partners, ensuring timely and effective information flow.

  • Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, or a related industry (preferred).

  • Familiarity with organizational change and process improvement methodologies (preferred).

  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team success (preferred).

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt standard procedures to complex situations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools; experience with enterprise systems preferred.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
