The Opportunity!

As an Administrative Associate, you will be acting as the first point-of-contact to all guests and callers, the Administrative Associate is responsible for greeting guests, answering/routing phone calls and providing general administrative support as needed.

  • Full-Time career working out of our Calgary branch location.

What you will bring to the role –

  • Level 1 General Insurance License or interest in obtaining is considered an asset.
  • Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment.
  • Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal.
  • Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in windows-based computer systems.
