Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including follow-ups and documentation.
Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure easy access to records.
Assist with project coordination, team communication, and progress tracking.
Support in managing vendor relationships, invoices, and other administrative processes.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment and clarity in daily operations.
Requirements
Prior experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in digital communication and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar).
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver.
Dependable and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Minimum of 2–3 years in administrative or coordination roles.
Comfortable handling calendars, meetings, and correspondence across time zones.
Experience preparing reports and managing documents efficiently.
Professional, polite, and service-oriented demeanor.
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools or systems as needed.
