This Hybrid role requires in-person work at our Newton, MA headquarters.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Supporting administrative efforts for the Home Team
General office duties including assembling mailings, copying, scanning and filing.
Work with Excel data (analyzing and doing cleanup of spreadsheets)
Manage file systems and maintain files.
Assist with presentations, reports, charts, tables, and market research.
Additional tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
1 year of administrative experience
Prior Bright Horizons experience focused on employee culture, experience, and community impact with specific knowledge of AOE processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Works with manager to determine what needs to be escalated.
Supports the Department leader to establish department priorities and timeline for execution
Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility and strong attention to detail.

The hourly rate for this position is between $22.50 - $40.85 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
