Job Summary


The Standard is hiring an Administrative Assistant! We’re looking for an organized, proactive professional to provide advanced-level administrative support to senior leadership. This is a great opportunity to use your communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills while helping our leadership team stay organized and operate efficiently.

  • Provide support including managing complex data analysis, independently manage project plans and budgets, resolve or escalate obstacles.
  • Use judgment and initiative to analyze problems, determine approaches, and compile data from multiple sources into complex trends, status, and other reports.
  • Support budget planning, track expenses and variances, coordinate results with management, prepare cost allocation and chargeback information for Corporate Accounting.
  • Coordinate activities, information and communication between internal departments and external parties and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Prepare confidential correspondence and materials, resolve inquiries, coordinate schedules, travel, meetings, and events, and communicate sensitive information with discretion.

Skills and Background You’ll Need

 

Education: A degree is preferred but not required in lieu of relevant background and experience.


Experience: Minimum 5 years demonstrated expertise providing advanced administrative support to senior level leadership.

  • Must possess experience with creating and managing expense reports.
  • Must possess experience managing travel, calendars, and schedules.
  • Must be able to work remotely.
  • Experience with MS Office suite and MS Teams.
  • Experience using AI tools is preferred.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

25.72 - 34.13
