Manages large group benefits accounts, serving as the primary contact for policyholders and producers. Responsibilities include client visits, renewal strategy, claims and contract reviews, rate and provision negotiations, account retention, cross-selling coverage, proposal presentations, new account implementation, enrollment support, and coordination with sales, underwriting, and home-office teams.

Manages multiple RFPs from intake through submission, coordinating with sales, marketing, underwriting, legal, and subject matter experts. Gathers and verifies information, develops accurate and compliant proposal materials, manages deadlines and stakeholder input, resolves issues, and recommends process improvements. The role supports new business acquisition and client retention in a fast-paced, regulated-industry environment.

Oversee complex strategic IT projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, vendors, communications, and organizational change. Lead cross-functional teams, engage executives and stakeholders, track business outcomes, resolve constraints, improve processes, and apply agile, Lean, and traditional project management practices to deliver enterprise initiatives successfully.

Leads organization-wide privacy incident response, including intake, investigation, risk assessment, notification, remediation, and closure. Monitors privacy and breach notification regulations, develops compliance guidance and response procedures, supports audits and regulator inquiries, and analyzes incident trends and controls. Partners with legal, information security, IT, vendors, and business teams to manage incidents, improve privacy processes, deliver training, and strengthen preventive controls.

Maintains and monitors Azure Databricks data pipelines, troubleshoots data issues, collaborates with stakeholders on data requirements, documents processes, performs backups and disaster recovery drills, and supports data access and usage. The role requires extensive data engineering experience, Azure expertise, incident management knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills.

Provides employment law advice and counsel to HR, management, and business stakeholders. Researches federal, state, and local laws; monitors legal developments; advises on immigration, payroll, employee relations, discrimination, accommodations, leaves, and terminations. Develops policies, assesses legal and business risks, prepares defensible legal work product, and communicates practical guidance across the organization.

Paid, fully remote summer legal internship for first- or second-year law students. Interns will research laws and regulations, draft legal memoranda, review contracts and case law, advise on privacy issues, support employment matters, observe legal proceedings, and collaborate with in-house attorneys and business partners across multiple practice areas.

Serves as the subject matter expert for individual disability insurance product compliance and supports supplemental health products. Monitors and interprets federal and state regulations, assesses risks, performs compliance testing, develops policies and guidance, supports product filings, and advises cross-functional teams. The role also assists with audits and regulatory examinations, develops training materials, reviews customer-facing materials, and participates in industry activities.

Own and enhance financial reporting, valuation, earnings analysis, FP&A, reserve attribution, hedging, and projections for individual annuity businesses. Analyze GAAP, statutory, and management results; support VM22, reinsurance, modeling, and business integration initiatives; strengthen governance and controls; develop analytical tools and processes; and communicate findings to senior management. Partner with pricing, modeling, and corporate actuarial teams while mentoring onshore and offshore colleagues.
