Leads enterprise technology cost optimization, value realization, and IT financial management strategy. Develops financial models, scenario analyses, unit economics, governance frameworks, and performance reporting for senior leaders. Serves as a TBM and FinOps subject matter expert, standardizing cost transparency and financial planning practices. Leads complex cross-functional initiatives, influences stakeholders without direct authority, and drives investment prioritization, accountability, and measurable business outcomes across technology and product spending.

Develops Power BI dashboards, reports, and automated workflows for Learning & Development and strategic management. Analyzes learning, workforce, and operational data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and support business decisions. Partners with stakeholders to define reporting needs, improve processes, and administer learning technology platforms and LMS tools.

Manages small-group employee benefits clients, producers, renewals, onboarding, service delivery, contract questions, broker training, and case transfers. Builds relationships, supports retention and profitable growth, identifies expansion opportunities, coordinates administrative activities, and assists peers. Requires customer-facing insurance or account management experience, strong knowledge of insurance contracts and regulations, clear communication skills, and a resident-state life and disability insurance license within six months of hire.
