Drive regional Individual Disability Insurance (IDI) sales, persistency, profitability and recruiting for assigned agencies/territory. Build and manage MGA relationships, train partners, use sales analytics (Power BI, Excel) to identify opportunities, execute strategic plans with National Sales Director, and meet personal and regional sales goals. Remote role with ~20% travel.

Manage a team to prepare and file statutory financial statements, quarterly and annual reports, and state regulatory submissions for insurance entities. Oversee month/quarter close, ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls, prepare analyses and executive summaries, recommend statutory accounting positions, drive efficiency and system solutions, and coach/develop staff across domestic and offshore teams.

Manage end-to-end RFP/RFI/proposal processes: coordinate cross-functional SMEs, produce compliant and compelling proposal materials, meet tight deadlines, respond to solicitation questions, and lead collaboration among sales, marketing, legal, underwriting, and actuarial teams.
