Administration Manager

Nationwide – Will be remote but will be required to travel to various clinics when needed

Permanent

Full time (37.5 hours a week. Shifts run Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)

Role Overview

As the Administration Manager, you will take accountability for growth, quality improvement and people management and will drive a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing demand, understanding customer’s needs, and delivering process improvements across multiple clinics. The role will be responsible for the future direction of the administration and reception services, focusing on delivering efficiency and exceptional customer service.
 

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • To ensure that the delivery of our front-line clinical staff is supported to enable them to focus on exceptional customer service and patient safety.

  • To be the key contact for any administration and planning needs, queries and projects, inputting as required to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.

  • To drive operational efficiency through effective utilisation and efficient scheduling of resources. Continually strive for profitable growth, driving innovation and keeping the customer at the centre of everything we do.

  • To analyse failure demand, customer satisfaction results, complaints, and immediate feedback. Work towards understanding the root cause and put in place effective remedial actions. Along with using insights from NPS to continually drive improvements to the customer experience.

  • Ensure all risks are managed in Clinics in line with relevant risk appetite statements and Clinical Governance.

  • Support the collection of the right management information and interpretation of the data using the expertise of the supporting teams.

  • Demonstrate and role model appropriate behaviours with internal and external customers.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Management experience ideally in clinical setting

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, colleagues, customers, and corporate clients.

  • Experience within Clinics systems and resource management.

  • Strong IT skills – including MS Office packages.

  • Experience of the health and care and / or wellbeing industry

  • Good track record of driving business performance and delivering business results.

  • Good problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Strong organisational skills
