ALFA is hiring an Accounting Specialist 2 to manage accurate financial records. This fast-paced role promotes skill development and career advancement, within a company valuing integrity, innovation, unity, and humility. We operate transparently, offering quality solutions and fostering collaboration to improve services and client relations.

Responsibilities 
  • Maintain and update accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial data.
  • Manage and process payroll, including taxes and deductions.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management based on analysis.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role, with at least 2 years in a junior position.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero, Sage and Netsuite)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English and French
