Hi! 👋 I’m Dan, the Financial Controller based in Austin, TX. We’re looking to bring on a highly motivated Accounting Manager to join our growing team.
As we scale our global operations, our goal is to build a world-class finance function that ensures accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight to support decision-making across the company.

Working hours: This role is remote within the US, with a core schedule starting at 9am Central Time. You’ll have a recurring weekly meeting with our Amsterdam team, and occasional early starts may be needed to support European collaboration. We strongly prefer candidates in the Central or Eastern time zones.

About WeTravel

Think of the most incredible adventures imaginable: trekking to Machu Picchu, cycling through Tuscany, or going on a safari in Kenya. For years, the small businesses and local experts who run these trips have been stuck using messy spreadsheets, countless emails, and complicated payment methods.

WeTravel is changing that. We build the tools that empower any entrepreneur to launch and grow their own travel business. Our platform makes it simple for organizers to create beautiful trip proposals, securely process payments, and manage their customers, so they can focus on what they do best: creating amazing experiences.

This is one of the last great frontiers of travel to come online, and as the category leader, we are at the forefront of this change. Last year alone, our platform was trusted by 8,000 organizers to lead over a million travelers on adventures in 150+ countries. Now, we're on an exciting journey to grow from powering $1B to $10B in travel experiences per year.

We believe that every trip, when done right, can be a force for good - and we're building the engine to make more of that possible.

How We Work

At WeTravel Finance, we move fast and value autonomy. We don’t just manage spreadsheets, we build the financial backbone of a global platform. We look for teammates who take ownership of their work and care as much about the "how" as the "what". Our team is collaborative and cross-functional with high visibility. You will be supported by experienced colleagues, and have the opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced environment. We closed a $92M USD Series C round last year and are looking to continue to 10x our business whether it be through organic growth or M&A activity.
Our culture is guided by four core values that define every interaction we have, whether with a third-party or a colleague:

  • Be Respectful: We foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that thrives on diverse perspectives and unique life experiences.

  • Be Honest: We default to transparency, building genuine connections with our team and customers through radical honesty.

  • Be Resourceful: we think big and act creatively. We find ways to succeed even when the path ahead isn't perfectly mapped out.

  • Be the Solution: We lead with a solution-first mindset. It’s not enough to identify a problem; we collaborate to fix it.
