Where you can make an impact: Finance

Our Finance team plays an essential role in maintaining a healthy balance sheet at AIG. It delivers significant finance support for the overall enterprise, optimizing operations, controllership, funding, and capital structure to honor our stakeholder commitments. The team’s work is invaluable to informing leadership decision making, complying with regulatory requirements, and maintaining financial discipline, transparency, and controls, while providing timely and meaningful information.

How you will create an impact:

• Perform general ledger account analysis.

• Post accounting journal entries.

• Prepare, analyze, and work with deposit accounts.

• Support financial internal and external audits.

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations under responsibility.

• Participate in the financial statements preparation and other financial reports.

• Preparing, analyzing and reconcile with account receivables and account payable with related and third party

• Analyze expenses and generate expense reports.

• Prepare internal financial reporting packages for the operation’s Parent Company.

• Provide support to the Finance Department.

• Assist in other projects as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of study

• Minimum 2 years of work related experience

• Language skill: fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• Analytical skills and detail oriented

• Excellent teamwork skills

• Proficient in the use of MS Office suite products specially Excel (a must) and Word.
