We’re looking for an Account Manager who will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for our clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships. You’ll ensure our work not only meets expectations but exceeds them — managing projects end to end, coordinating internal teams, and keeping everything on time, on budget, and on strategy.
This role also partners closely with both our GTM Engineering and Demand Capture leads — connecting campaign strategy with data systems, analytics, and performance optimization across paid, organic, and AI-optimized search channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management- Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Listen deeply to client needs, anticipate challenges, and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, balancing client expectations with agency priorities.
- Lead day-to-day management of campaigns and deliverables from briefing to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, media, GTM engineering, and demand capture) to ensure projects stay aligned and on schedule.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards with precision.
- Ensure all work aligns with client goals, measurement frameworks, and brand standards.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into integrated campaign strategies that connect media, automation, and analytics.
- Partner with the GTM Engineering team to ensure systems and data pipelines (CRM, marketing automation, attribution) are structured for accurate performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the Demand Capture Lead to connect paid and organic efforts, leveraging insights from SEO and AIO to inform campaign optimization.
- Support ABM orchestration and full-funnel reporting, ensuring visibility from top-of-funnel engagement through closed-won revenue.
- Contribute to defining reporting frameworks that align with both client KPIs and internal efficiency metrics.
- Interpret marketing performance data to uncover insights and guide optimization across channels.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and engineering leads to ensure dashboards and reports accurately reflect funnel health and ROI.
- Maintain a strong understanding of key analytics tools and integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Keep the wider team informed, motivated, and aligned on priorities.
- Foster collaboration and accountability across departments.
- Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional communication between strategy, media, GTM Engineering, and Demand Capture teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in an account management or client services role within a B2B marketing agency or consultancy.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of data analytics, CRM integrations, and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Familiarity with SEO and AI-optimized content (AIO) strategies is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with technical and analytical teams to connect strategy with measurement and automation systems.
