  • Present data-driven insights and customized recommendations to partners through compelling storytelling and visualizations

  • Ensure account health by maintaining up-to-date records in PartnerCentral, Salesforce, and internal reporting tools

  • Manage collections and minimize aging in partnership with internal finance and billing teams

  • Travel up to 20% for on-site partner visits, corporate meetings, and industry conferences

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, B2B sales, or customer success, with demonstrated ownership of ongoing relationships with VP- and C-suite stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and comfort with interpreting and acting on performance data

  • Highly organized and self-motivated with strong project management skills and attention to detail

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to navigate and align cross-functional teams

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
