  • Develop a strong understanding of ECI products and services, and communicate the value to the customer base effectively.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers within your customer base.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage with customers, understand their business needs, and present our software solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and drive the sales process from initial contact to closure.
  • Leverage a consultative selling approach to articulate the value proposition of our manufacturing software products and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, negotiation, and contract closure, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and inquiries.
  • Have a strong working relationship with your customers to increase references, keep customers on maintenance and support contracts, and help mitigate Churn.
  • Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, in Salesforce, producing regular activity reports.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quota goals in accordance with the strategic plan.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quality communication goals in accordance with the strategic plan.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Experience selling to manufacturing customers and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing software is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
  • Sit for long periods of time.
  • Speak for long periods of time, as most interaction takes place via phone and online meetings.
  • Perform software demonstrations (online) which may require 1 to 2 hours meetings without breaks.
