- Own and grow a defined portfolio of AMER enterprise accounts nurturing multi‑level stakeholder relationships up to C‑suite.
- Drive expansion revenue (upsell & cross‑sell) to $5k-$200k per deal while reducing churn and maximizing retention.
- Apply a consultative, SPICED value‑selling framework to connect business pain to measurable value outcomes.
- Partner with Customer Acquisition, Product, Marketing and Channel Sales teams to craft targeted growth plays.
- Accurately forecast in Salesforce CRM, leveraging Gong for insights, and navigate enterprise procurement, legal & security processes.
3. Key Requirements
Hard skills:
- Enterprise SaaS Account Management with proven expansion (upsell & cross‑sell) and retention impact
- SPICED / value selling expertise, strong discovery, negotiation, business case development
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Gong; disciplined forecasting and pipeline management
- Experience building trust across complex EMEA enterprises (including procurement, security, legal)
