Customer Success Manager (Account Manager I) is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring client needs are met, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. They drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling while helping customers achieve their goals and maximize value from the company's solutions.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers through regular engagement and communication.

  • Manage customer inquiries, identify challenges, and provide effective solutions.

  • Drive account renewals, rate adjustments, cross-sells, and upsells by uncovering customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.

  • Negotiate pricing, document opportunities, and close sales and renewal agreements.

  • Establish customer success goals, support onboarding, and monitor account health against defined targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.

  • Maintain high activity levels, manage multiple priorities, and adapt positively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Continuously learn and develop skills to create mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and the company.

Education And Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related role.

  • Experience with sales prospecting, account management, and sales processes.

  • Strong communication and presentation development skills.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
