About the Job:
As an Enterprise Account Manager at Qt Group, you will be responsible for driving growth within large enterprise accounts across an assigned territory in the East. In this consultative sales role, you’ll engage with senior decision-makers and technical stakeholders to demonstrate the value of the Qt framework in achieving their business and product development goals. This is a hybrid role based in Boston, MA.
You will:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level engineering leaders, directors, product managers, and project managers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and research
  • Deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define and execute account strategies for revenue growth
  • Maintain long-term relationships to drive customer retention and expansion
  • Plan and manage weekly activity to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports
  • Stay informed on industry trends, Qt product developments, and the competitive landscape

About You:

  • 5–7 years of experience in technology or SaaS sales, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Skilled at building rapport with both new prospects and existing clients
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable navigating complex technical conversations and serving as a trusted advisor
  • Familiarity with software development tools and lifecycle
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and tools like Salesforce
  • Bachelor's Degree
